Application effect of multidisciplinary team nursing model in patients with pregnancy complicated with tuberculosis

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary team (MDT) nursing model in patients with pregnancy complicated with tuberculosis.Methods A total of 69 cases of pregnant patients with tuberculosis admitted to the Tuberculosis Diagnosis and Treatment Center of a hospital in Hu′nan from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as research objects and divided into two groups according to the historical control study.There were 34 cases in the control group for routine nursing;and in the observation group, 35 cases carried out the MDT nursing model.The treatment compliance, complication rate, patient satisfaction, hospital stay and pregnancy outcome before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, the pregnancy outcome was better than that of the control group, the patient satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The MDT nursing model for pregnant patients with tuberculosis can improve the treatment effect, pregnancy outcome and nursing quality.
