Abstract:Objective To analyze the value of Tiotropium Bromide Powder and Doxofylline in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 200 patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group (100 cases) and control group (100 cases). The control group was treated with Doxofylline, and the observation group was treated with Doxofylline combined with Tiotropium Bromide Powder. The lung function and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The 1 second forced respiratory volume (FEV1) in the observation group was (2.35±0.48) L, which was higher than that in the control group of (1.99±0.56) L, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the forced vital capacity (FVC) in the observed group was (2.49±0.51) L, which was higher than that of the control group of (2.21±0.38) L, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The FEV1/FVC of the observation group was (62.35±8.48)%, which was higher than that of the control group of (57.62±7.48)%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of quality life of the observation group was(10.26±2.48) points, which was higher than that of the control group of (6.26±1.49) points, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Combined with Doxofylline and Tiotropium Bromide Powder, patients with COPD whether it is lung function or quality of life, have been significantly improved.
