Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Sufentanil combined with Ropivacaine for epidural anesthesia with step analgesia.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,120full-term singleton primiparas delivered in our hospitalwere selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The control group was routinely given Sufentanil+Ropivacaine,while the observation group was given Sufentanil+Ropivacaine in stages according to the dilatation of uterine orifice.The visual analogue scale(VAS),duration of labor,lower limbmotor nerve inhibition and Apgar score of newborn were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant difference in VASscore and Apgar score between the two groups(P＞0.05).The Bromage score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incubation period of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil+Ropivacaine has a good analgesic effect for staged labor,compared with conventional analgesicmethods,this analgesic method has a lower degree of inhibition onmaternal lower limb motor function and is worthy ofwide clinical application.
