Abstract:Objective To explore the anesthetic effect of 0.3%Ropivacaine for continuous epidural block in percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Methods All of 161 patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided into the control group (n=80)and the observation group (n=81)according to the random number table method. The control group received 0.1%Lidocaine+0.5%Ropivacaine for continuous epidural anesthesia, and the observation group received 0.3%Ropivacaine for continuous epidural anesthesia.Hemodynamic indexes, analgesic effect and muscle strength at different time points were compared in patients between the two groups during perioperative period. Results The heart rate and mean arterial pressure at T1,T2and T3 were higher than those at T0in patients of the two groups, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with at T0,there was no significant difference in oxygen saturation at T1,T2and T3in the two groups (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in heart rate, mean arterial pressure and oxygen saturation at T1,T2and T3 between the two groups (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores at T0,T1,T2and T3in patients between the two groups(P>0.05).The muscle strength of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions in patients between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Continuous epidural anesthesia with 0.3%Ropivacaine has a good anesthetic effect in the percutaneous nephrolithotomy. It has little effect on hemodynamics, the analgesic effect is accurate, the effect of muscle relaxation is not obvious, and it is safe and reliable.
