Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the influence of Sufentanil combining with Ropivacaine in different concentrations on analgesia and uterine contraction in pregnant women.Methods128 pregnant women who would given birth in our hospital from August 2015 to March 2016 undergone epidural analgesia were selected and randomly divided into the control group, the low dose group, the medium dose group, the high dose group,32 cases in each group. The control group was given 0.1%Ropivacaine alone, the low dose group was given 0.2 μg/ml Sufentanil combining with 0.1%Ropivacaine,the medium dose group was given 0.4 μg/ml Sufentanil with 0.1%Ropivacaine,the high dose group was given 0.6 μg/ml Sufentanil with 0.1%Ropivacaine.The VAS score, the time of labor, the Apgar score of newborns and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were comprehensively compared among the four groups before and after administration.ResultsThere was no significant difference in the VAS score among the four groups before administration(P>0.05).10 minutes after administration, total opening of uterine neck, anddelivery of baby, with the increase of Sufentanil dose, the VAS scores were greatly decreased, which were all lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The first stage of labor in the low, middle and high dose group was shorter than that in the control group, among them, the first stage of labor in the low and middle dose group were both shorter in comparison with that in the high dose group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the second stage of labor, the third stage of labor, and Apgar scores of newborns among four groups(P>0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the high dose group was lower and higher in the middle dose group(P<0.05).ConclusionFor pregnant women undergone epidural analgesia,0.4 μg/ml Sufentanil with 0.1%Ropivacaine obtains great analgesic effect in high safety. It can greatly shorten the first stage of labor and is worthy of clinical promotion.
