Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of IPS e.max CAD porcelain inlay in repairing unmyelinated posterior teeth.Methods68 patients with thoracic incisors in our hospital from May 2013 to February 2016 were divided into two groups, the control group(n=35)and the control group(n=33)33 cases of 33 patients;the use of porcelain Rui engraved four generations(CAD/CAM)system made all-ceramic high inlay, the observation group used IPSe.max CAD materials, the control group used Cerec Blocs materials. One year after follow-up,the American Public Health Association (USPHS)improved criteria were used to evaluate the success rate of the two groups.ResultsAfter 1 year, the observation group was superior to the control group in the aspects of margin adhesion and restoration integrity, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the reconstructed body shape, color matching and secondary caries, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).ConclusionThe prosthesis produced by IPSe.max CAD material has a high success rate in the treatment of unmyed posterior teeth after root canal therapy. The recent effect is better than Cerec Blocs, but the longterm effect needs to be further evaluated.
