Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of preventive jaundice complications in children with neonatal hemolytic disease. Methods A total of 50 neonates with hemolytic hemorrhage treated in our hospital from January 2016 to July 2018 were selected. They were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,25 cases in each group. The control group was used routine care, and the intervention group was used predictive care,to observe the nursing effects of the two groups. Results After the predictive nursing intervention, the satisfaction of nursing in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group, and the improvement of serum bilirubin level was better than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of jaundice in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention for children with neonatal hemolysis can reduce the incidence of jaundice complications in children, and can improve the satisfaction of nursing services, which is worthy of popularization and application.
