ObjectiveTo explore the preventive effect of predictive nursing on pulmonary infection during perioperative period of craniocerebral operation.Methods150 patients who underwent the craniocerebral operation in our hospital from January to December 2012 were selected as the control group.200 patients who underwent the craniocerebral operation from June 2013 to May 2014 were selected as the observation group.Patients in the control group were
received:conventional nursing, while patients in the observation group were received predictive nursing care. The incidence of pulmonary infection, length of ICU stays, intubation time, length of hospital stays of two groups were compared.ResultsThe incidence of pulmonary infection in the observation group(14.50%)was lower than that in the control group(32.67%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the length of ICU stays[(20.11±4.58)d],intubation time[(18.25±4.69)d], length of hospital stays[(31.02±4.98)d]in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group[(25.24± 5.69),(22.31±4.08),(38.44±6.05)d],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe preventive nursing intervention in perioperative period of craniocerebral operation can effectively reduce the incidence rate of pulmonary infection, and improve postoperative respiratory function status,it is great significance to promote postoperative rehabilitation, thus it is worthy to be promoted.
