Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the application of hydrocolloid patch combined with polyurethane gel pad in the prevention of facial pressure ulcer in patients with prone general anesthesia.MethodsFrom April 23 in 2016 to April 23 in 2017,50 patients with prone general anesthesia in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the grouping method,25 cases in each group.The control group was given cotton pad,and the observation group was treated with hydrocolloid patch combined with polyurethane gel pad.The degree of skin damage,the incidence rate of pressure ulcers,satisfaction degree,pressure ulcer healing time,press the time of red skin completely subsided were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe incidence rate of apparent skin redness(4.00%),the incidence rate of rupture or blister(0.00%)and the incidence rate of pressure ulcer(24.00%)in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group (24.00%,20.00%,60.00%),the healing time of pressure ulcer and the time of red skin completely subsided in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the degree of satisfaction (96.00%)in the control group was higher than that in the control group (64.00%),with significant difference (P＜0.05).ConclusionFor patients with prone general anesthesia,the application of hydrocolloid patch combined with polyurethane gel pad can reduce the incidence of facial pressure ulcer.The establishment of hydrotherapy colloid paste in patients with prone to general anesthesia combined with polyurethane gel pad to prevent,can reduce the incidence of facial pressure ulcers.
