ObjectiveTo explore the nursing experience of open posterior peritoneal inguinal hernia repair.Methods80 cases of inguinal hernia patients in our hospital from January to November 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.They were all

received：open posterior peritoneal inguinal hernia repair.Patients in the control group were given routine care,while patients in the observation group were given comprehensive care.The incidence of postoperative complications and the quality of life were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(2.5%)was lower than that in the control group (17.5%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before nursing,there were no significantly different among the scores of indexes in SCL-36 in two groups(P＞0.05);after nursing,the scores of indexes in SCL-36 in two groups were all increased,and compared with those before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).And those in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionComprehensive nursing open posterior peritoneal inguinal hernia repair surgery can decrease the risk of complications,and improve the quality of life,the effect is very satisfactory.
