Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical application of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction by intravenous thrombolytic therapy with Alteplase.Methods A total of 30 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to August 2018 were selected as study objects，and divided into control group （15 cases）and observation group （15 cases）according to the double-blind randomization method.Routine nursing methods were adopted in the control group，and clinical nursing path method was adopted in the observation group.The scores of self-depression scale（SDS），self-rating anxiety scale（SAS），National Institute of Health stroke scale（NIHSS）and Barthel index were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the scores of SDS and SAS between the two groups before treatment（P＞0.05）.The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P＜0.05）.The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P＜0.05）.The Barthel index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P＜0.05）.Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway is effective in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction by intravenous thrombolytic therapy with Alteplase.It can not only improve the psychological state of patients，reduce their neurological deficits，but also enhance their daily living ability.It is worthy of clinical application.
