Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of Cattle Encephalon Glycoside and Ignotin Injection combined with Shuxuetong Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 76 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects, according to the order of admission, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 38 cases in each group. Both groups received symptomatic treatment and antiplatelet therapy. On this basis, the control group was treated with Shuxuetong Injection, while the observation group was treated with Cattle Encephalon Glycoside and Ignotin Injection on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment with the National Institutes of Health Neurological Deficiency Scale(NIHSS)score and self-care Ability scale for Daily Life (ADL)score. Results After treatment, the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the ADL score was significantly higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 92.11%(35/38)in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 73.68% (28/38)in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Cattle Encephalon Glycoside and Ignotin Injection combined with Shuxuetong Injection has a significant effect on acute cerebral infarction, which can significantly improve the neurological function and self-care ability of patients without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
