预见性护理联合精细化护理管理模式在重型颅脑损伤中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨预见性护理联合精细化护理管理模式对重型颅脑损伤患者的护理效果。方法前瞻性纳入80例因重型颅脑损伤入我院神经外科的患者，随机分为干预组与对照组，各40例。干预组实施预见性护理联合精细化护理管理措施；对照组实施常规护理。比较两组患者的并发症发生率、依从性及生存质量。结果干预组患者呼吸道感染、消化道溃疡、下肢深静脉血栓、便秘发生率、死亡率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预组依从性Frank1量表评分、生存质量WHOQOL-BREF量表评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论预见性护理联合精细化护理干预能有效减少能有效减少重型颅脑损伤患者并发症发生率及死亡率，提高患者依从性和生存质量。

Abstract：Objective To exp1ore the nursing effects of predictive nursing combined with refinement nursing management in patients with severe craniocerebra1 injury. Methods 80 patients with severe craniocerebra1 injury in our hospita1 were se1ected prospective1y.Patients were random1y divided into intervention group and contro1 group，and each group was 40 cases.Patients in intervention group were given predictive nursing combined with refinement nursing management，and patients in contro1 group were given routine nursing.The incidence rate of comp1ications，comp1iance and 1ife qua1ity in two groups were compared. Results The respiratory infection，peptic u1cer，deep venous thrombosis，incidence rate of constipation and death rate in intervention group were obvious 1ower than that of contro1 group，and the difference was statistica1 significance (P＜0.05).The comp1iance Frank1 score and 1ife qua1ity WHOQOL-BREF score in intervention group were obvious higher than that of contro1 group，and the difference was statistica1 significance (P＜0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing combined with refinement nursing management can effective reduce the incidence rate of comp1ications and death rate in patients with severe craniocerebra1 injury，enhance comp1iance and 1ife qua1ity of patients.
