Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate and analyze the clinical effect of standard large bone flap decompression in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury.MethodsFrom November 2015 to November 2016,60 patients with severe craniocerebral injury treated in our hospital were selected, and they were divided into observation group and control group according to different surgical treatment methods,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional craniotomy, the observation group was treated with standard large bone flap decompression. The intracranial pressure,GCS score and recovery of the two groups were compared at the third, fifth, seventh days after operation.ResultsThe intracranial pressure of the control group was higher than that of the observation group in the third, fifth, seventh days postoperation(P<0.05),while the score of GCS in the control group was lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05).The recovery condition in the observation group was better than that in the control group(Z=-3.113,P<0.05).ConclusionStandard large bone flap decompression is more effective in the treatment of severe traumatic brain injury, can significantly reduce intracranial pressure, reduce mortality and complications.
