Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of bilateral craniotomy and craniectomy for severe craniocerebral injury.MethodsA total of 136 patients with severe brain injury who underwent treatment between January 2014 and January 2016 were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of treatment, with 68 cases in each group.patients in the observation group were treated with bilateral craniotomy and craniotomy. The patients in the control group were treated with unilateral large bone flap decompression and decompression. The two groups of patients with Glasgow prognosis score, postoperative routine indicators and the probability of complications were compared.ResultsThe score of Glasgow in the postoperative observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The blood pressure level, intracranial pressure level and blood glucose level of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the observation group The probability of complications after surgery was significantly lower than that of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionThe operation of bilateral craniotomy and craniotomy is effective in the treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury. The adverse effects of this kind of treatment are small and safe, which is worthy of popularization in clinical treatment.
