Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of meticulous management of operation room nursing quality and operation efficiency.Methods Clinical trials of 100 patients accepted in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were conducted,patients were divided into two groups according to the different forms of management,the observation group (n=50)was given fine surgical management,the control group(n=50)was given conventional surgical management,the quality of care and the efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results The aseptic condition,item management,nursing records,health education,knowledge of basic nursing assessment,six operation room nursing quality evaluation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;the operation room surgery preparation time,transfer time of each operation of patients in the observation group was shorten than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine management can enhance the quality of care in the operating room,promote the improvement of surgical efficiency,it can be popularized and applied.
