Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of high-quality nursing care on physiology and psychology of patients undergoing emergency operation.M ethodsA total of 156 emergency surgical patientswere selected from March 2014 to April 2016,and 78 patients were grouped according to the lottery method.The control group and the observation group were given routine nursing and operating room care in the operating room,and the clinical nursing effectwas compared and analyzed.ResultsBefore nursing,there were no significant differences among the scores of SAS and SDS in two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in two groups were both decreased,and compared with those before nursing,the differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.01).The heart rate,respiratory rate and blood pressure were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.44%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 66.67%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionThe patientswith emergency operation of the implementation of high quality care,truly reflects the patient-centered hospitalwork principles,can improve the physiological indicators of patients,relieve the negative emotions of patients and their families,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
