心理护理联合健康指导在晚期卵巢癌化疗患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨心理护理及健康指导在晚期卵巢癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年3月～2017年1月我院收治的80例晚期卵巢癌化疗患者作为研究对象，随机将其分为两组，每组各40例。普通组患者进行常规护理干预，干预组患者在普通组基础上进行心理护理及健康指导。比较两组患者的晚期卵巢癌化疗效果、卵巢癌疾病知识认知情况、化疗依从性情况、护理满意度评分及干预前后患者SCL-90量表中各项心理状态相关指标。结果干预组患者的卵巢癌化疗总有效率（92.50%）高于普通组（75.00%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预组患者的卵巢癌疾病知识认知情况、化疗依从性情况、护理满意度评分均高于普通组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预前，两组患者的SCL-90量表各指标评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后，干预组患者的SCL-90量表各指标评分低于普通组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论心理护理及健康指导在晚期卵巢癌化疗患者中的应用效果确切，可有效改善患者的负性情绪，使其加深对卵巢癌疾病知识认知，提高化疗依从性以及护理满意度，提高化疗效果，值得推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application and effect of psychological nursing and health guidance in patients with advanced ovarian cancer chemotherapy.Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced ovarian cancer chemotherapy treated in our hospital from March 2015 to January 2017 were selected as subjects.Patients were randomly divided into two groups,each with 40 cases.The general group was subjected to routine nursing intervention and the intervention group carried out psychological nursing and health guidance on the basis of general group.The chemotherapy effect of advanced ovarian cancer,the cognitive status of ovarian cancer disease,the compliance of chemotherapy,the satisfaction degree of nursing and the psychological status of SCL-90 in the patients before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of chemotherapy for ovarian cancer in the intervention group(92.50%)was higher than that in the general group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).In the intervention group,the knowledge cognition of ovarian disease,the compliance of chemotherapy compliance,and the nursing satisfaction score were all higher than those in the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before the intervention,the each index scores of the SCL-90 of patients in the two groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).After intervention,the scores of SCL-90 in the intervention group was lower than that in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing and health guidance in the treatment of patients with advanced ovarian cancer chemotherapy is effective,they can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients,deepen their understanding of ovarian cancer disease knowledge,improve chemotherapy compliance and nursing satisfaction,improve the effect of chemotherapy.It is worth promoting the application.
