Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction and Wuling Powder in patients with calcaneal fracture.Methods Seventy patients with calcaneal fracture treated in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2017 were selected as study objects.The patients were divided into the control group （35 cases）and the experimental group （35 cases）according to the random envelope method.Within perioperative period，routine treatment was used in the control group while the experimental group was treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction and Wuling Powder.The pain degree score，swelling degree score，incision healing effect and clinical related index were compared between the two groups.Results The pain and swelling degree score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.The wound healing effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.The appearing time of skin wrinkles and wound healing time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P＜0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of calcane Siwu Decoction and Wuling Powder given in patients with calcaneal fracture has positive clinical significance for improving incision healing effect of perioperative period，improving pain degree and swelling degree.The clinical application value is higher and it is worthy of promotion.
