Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Amisulpride in the treatment of female patients with schizophrenia.Methods From October 2017 to April 2018,86 female schizophrenia patients admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the study.According to a random number table,they were assigned to the study group(n=43)and the control group(n=43).In the study group,Amisulpride was used,while in the control group,Risperidone was adopted.After 24-week observation,the total scores of the personal and social performance scale (PSP)before and after treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions,and serum prolactin levels before and after treatment were compared.Results The total scores of PSP after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).The total score of PSP in the study group was higher than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Serum prolactin levels in the two groups at 6 and 24 weeks after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and after 24-week treatment,the blood prolactin levels were higher than those at 6 weeks (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in prolactin levels between the two groups before treatment and after treatment at 6 and 24 weeks(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of extrapyramidal reaction,constipation,headache,amenorrhea and lactation between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Amisulpride applied to female schizophrenia can markedly improve the social function.After treatment,serum prolactin levels are elevated,but without the increase of the incidence of amenorrhea and lactation.
