Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Agomelatine combined with Compound Diazepam treating depression-anxiety comorbidity.Methods A total of 90 patients with depression and anxiety comorbidity treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and they were randomly divided into group A (n=30)and group B(n=30),group C(n=30).Group A was treated with Agomelatine combined with Compound Diazepam,group B was treated with Compound Diazepam Tablets,and group C was treated with Agomelatine.Clinical efficacy and the incidence of side reaction were compared among the three groups.Results Before treatment,the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores of the three groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).After treatment,the HAMD and HAMA scores of group A were significantly lower than those of group B and C(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the TESS scores among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Agomelatine and Compound Diazepam in the treatment of depression and anxiety comorbidity can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients,and has high safety and can help patients to return to normal life as soon as possible.
