Abstract:Objective To explore the application of psychological intervention nursing in recovery period of schizophrenia patients.Methods Fifty patients with recovery period of schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the two-color ball drawing method, 25 cases in each group.The control group implemented general nursing measures and the observation group implemented psychological nursing intervention.The rehabilitation effect scores, disease symptoms, total compliance, and life hope scores were compared between two groups.Results The scores of the psychiatric rating scale (BPRS) and the rehabilitation efficacy rating scale (IPROS) after nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the life expectancy scores between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05).The life hope scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, life expectancy score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for convalescent schizophrenia patients can improve their mental rehabilitation effect, ensure their psychological and emotional state to be significantly improved, and then improve their treatment compliance, which is worthy of wide clinical use.
