Abstract:Objective To analyze the influencing factors of the time window of intravenous thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral infarction. Methods The clinical data of 104 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into group A (time interval≤3 hours,34 cases)and group B (time interval>3 hours,70 cases). The data of living style, place of onset and route of delivery to emergency department of the two groups were collected and compared, and the influence of intravenous thrombolytic therapy on acute cerebral infarction was analyzed.Single factor of time window and risk factors of occurrence were analyzed by Logistic. Results The proportion of children in group A living with their spouses, understanding the symptoms of cerebral infarction, understanding the thrombolytic therapy of cerebral infarction, understanding the time window of thrombolytic therapy and emergency 120 visits rate were higher than those in group B,and the proportion of children living alone was lower(P<0.05).Logistic analysis showed that solitude was a risk factor affecting the time window of intravenous thrombolytic therapy in acute cerebral infarction(OR>1,P<0.05).The protective factors affecting intravenous thrombolysis time window of acute cerebral infarction were children′s residence, understanding of cerebral infarction symptoms, thrombolysis therapy, thrombolysis time window and emergency 120 visits (OR<1,P<0.05).Conclusion Living alone is a risk factor affecting the time window of intravenous thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral infarction.Intervention measures should be taken in time to improve the therapeutic effect of intravenous thrombolysis for highrisk patients.
