Effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on improvement of limb function and activity ability of hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the improvement of limb function and activity in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 90 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction from April 2016 to May 2017 were enrolled.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention.The observation group was used early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, the nursing effect, Fugl-Meyer score, Barthel index and other related indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%, which was higher than 82.22% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention for the treatment of hemiplegia patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve the patient′s mobility and limb function, and quickly restore their health.The clinical application and promotion value is extremely high.
