早期康复护理干预对改善脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体功能与活动能力的影响

摘要目的观察脑梗死偏瘫患者应用早期康复护理干预对肢体功能与活动能力的效果。方法选择我院2016年4月～2017年5月收治的90 例脑梗死后肢体偏瘫患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各45 例。对照组采用常规护理干预，观察组在对照组基础上采用早期康复护理干预，观察两组的护理效果、Fugl-Meyer 评分、Barthel 指数等相关指标。结果观察组Barthel 指数及Fugl-Meyer 评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组总有效率为95.56%，高于对照组的82.22%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论将早期康复护理干预用于脑梗死偏瘫患者治疗，可有效改善患者的活动能力与肢体功能，快速恢复患者身体健康，临床应用及推广价值较高。

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the improvement of limb function and activity in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 90 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction from April 2016 to May 2017 were enrolled.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention.The observation group was used early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, the nursing effect, Fugl-Meyer score, Barthel index and other related indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%, which was higher than 82.22% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention for the treatment of hemiplegia patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve the patient′s mobility and limb function, and quickly restore their health.The clinical application and promotion value is extremely high.
