Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of laparoscopic ovarian endometriosis cyst hydroentral stripping and suture hemostasis on patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst. Methods A total of 95 patients with ovarian endometriotic cysts admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to August 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (50 cases) and the control group (45 cases). The observation group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian endometriosis cyst hydroponic extraction and suture hemostasis, and the control group was treated with direct detachment of ovarian endometriotic cyst and electrocoagulation hemostasis. The levels of various hormones and the number of antral follicles (AFC) at different time points after operation were observed between the two groups. Results At 48 h after operation and 3 months after operation, the serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the anti-ullerian hormone (AMH), estradiol (E2) levels and AFC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with ovarian endometriotic cysts with lap roscopic ovarian endometriosis cystic pressure stripping and suture hemostasis can effectively avoid ovarian cortical injury and reduce damage to ovarian reserve function.
