ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of detail management in nursing management of operating room.MethodsFrom March 2016 to March 2017,130 cases of patients receiving surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to the parity of admission time,patients were divided into experimental group and control group,65 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with intensive nursing management.The nursing quality score,the level of comfort and coordination and the nursing satisfaction degree of the patients in the two groups were compared.ResultsThe nursing quality score of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of comfort and coordination of patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The nursing total satisfaction degree of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionAdd detail management to operating room nursing management makes the patient more comfortable in the operation and can significantly improve the quality of surgical care and the nursing satisfaction degree.
