心理护理对体外受精－胚胎移植重复周期患者心理状态及妊娠结局的影响

摘要目的探讨心理护理对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)重复周期患者心理情况及结局的影响。方法选取我院2014年3月～2015年2月IVF-ET重复周期患者100例，随机分为两组，各50例。对照组50例仅接受常规护理干预，观察组接受心理护理干预，比较两组患者干预前后的焦虑、抑郁情况，获卵数、移胚数、优胚数及阳性HCG率、流产率。结果干预前，两组患者SAS、SDS评分结果比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后两组患者SAS、SDS评分评分均有所降低，与干预前比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；观察组两指标评分低高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。两组患者获卵数、移胚数、优胚数比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。观察组患者的阳性HCG率高于对照组，流产率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 IVF-ET患者在接受治疗的过程中，给予其有效的心理护理干预，可以促进其不良心理的缓解，将其妊娠成功率提高，促进其妊娠结局的改善。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the impact of psychological nursing on psychological status and outcome of patients undergoing in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET)repetition period.Methods100 IVF-ET repetition period patients in our hospital from March 2014 to February 2015 were selected and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing,while the observation group was given the psychological nursing intervention.The psychological status and pregnancy outcome were compared between two groups.ResultsBefore intervention,there were no significantly different among the scores of SAS, SDS in two groups(P＞0.05);after intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS in two groups were all decreased,and compared with those before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01).And those in observation group was lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01).There were no significant differences on the number of oocytes,embryos transferred and embryos between two groups(P＞0.05).The HCG positive rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the abortion rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionIVF-ET patients in the course of treatment,giving effective psychological nursing intervention to them can promote their adverse psychological relief,improve the pregnancy success rate and improve the pregnancy outcome.
