Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of individual nursing intervention in postoperative nursing of rectal cancer ostomy.Methods86 patients with rectal cancer ostomy in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the admission order,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were given individual nursing intervention.The self-care ability,the levels of self-esteem,the nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.ResultsAfter intervention,the indexes of self-care ability scores,the indexes of SSES scores and the degree of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionIndividual nursing intervention for rectal cancer ostomy can increase patients′self-care ability and the level self-esteem,improve the degree of nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application.
