ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of strengthening gestational standardized management on pregnancy outcome in advanced maternal age (AMA).Methods190 AMA patients received:antenatal examination in our hospital from February 2014 to August 2016 were selected as observation group,and they were given gestational standardized management;and another 190 AMA outpatients without gestational standardized management in our hospital were selected as control group.The accompany diseases during pregnancy,complications and pregnancy outcomes of two groups were compared.ResultsThe incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus,gestational hypertension,anemia during pregnancy, postpartum hemorrhage,premature rupture of membrane,puerperal infection of observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in the incidence of placenta previa between two groups(P>0.05);the incidence of low birth weight infant,premature birth,macrosomia,birth defect,neonatal asphyxia,fetal malformation,perinatal mortality of observation group significantly decreased compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening gestational standardized management for AMA can effectively decrease adverse pregnancy outcomes,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
