基于VPN光电路整合USB KEY技术信息化平台妇幼保健管理模式的应用效果分析

摘要目的探讨基于虚拟专用（VPN）网光电路整合USB KEY技术信息化平台妇幼保健管理模式的应用效果。方法随机抽取2014年1月～2015年4月深圳市的40个社区卫生服务中心作为研究对象，随机分为试验组和对照组，各20个。对照组给予传统的妇幼保健管理模式，试验组给予基于VPN光电路整合USB KEY技术信息化平台妇幼保健管理模式。比较两组的网络塞车率、信息泄密率、使用者满意度和不良事件发生率。结果观察组的网络塞车率、信息泄密率和不良事件发生率显著低于对照组，使用者满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论建设基于VPN光电路整合USB KEY技术信息化平台妇幼保健管理模式能够大大简化社区卫生服务中心的操作规范，有效提高使用者满意度，降低不良事件发生率、信息泄密率和网络塞车率，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To exp1ore the app1ication effect of materna1 and chi1d hea1th care management mode1 of information p1atform based on the virtua1 private network (VPN) 1ight circuit integration of the USB KEY techno1ogy. Methods 40 centers of community hea1th service in Shenzhen city from January 2014 to Apri1 2015 were se1ected and random1y divided into the experimenta1 group and the contro1 group，20 centers in each group.The contro1 group was given traditiona1 materna1 and chi1d hea1th care management mode1.The experimenta1 group was given materna1 and chi1d hea1th care management mode1 of information p1atform based on the virtua1 private network (VPN) 1ight circuit integration of the USB KEY techno1ogy.The network traffic rate，information 1eak rate，user satisfaction degree and the incidence rate of adverse event in the two groups was compared respective1y. Results The network traffic rate，information 1eak rate and the incidence rate of adverse event in the experimenta1 group was 1ower than that in the contro1 group，user satisfaction degree in the experimenta1 group was higher than that in the contro1 group，with significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion Materna1 and chi1d hea1th care management mode1 of information p1atform based on the virtua1 private network (VPN) 1ight circuit integration of the USB KEY techno1ogy can great1y simp1ify operation specification of community hea1th service center，effective1y enhance user satisfaction degree，reduce incidence rate of adverse event，information 1eak rate and network traffic rate，itisworthyofc1inica1promotionandapp1ication.
