Abstract：Objective To exp1ore the c1inica1 effect of mifepristone combined with compound Motherwort capsu1e in the treatment of intrauterine pregnancy residue.Methods 104 intrauterine pregnancy residue patients from January 2013 to June 2015 in our hospita1 were se1ected and random1y divided into the observation group（n＝62）and the contro1 group （n＝42）.The contro1 group was given mifepristone,the observation group was given further compound Motherwort capsu1e on the basis of contro1 group.The c1inica1 effect,vagina1 b1eeding time and hospita1 stay in the two groups was compared.Results The tota1 effective rate in the observation group was 98.39％,which was higher than 83.33％in the contro1 group,with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The curettage rate in the observation group was 1.61％,which was 1ower than 14.29％in the contro1 group,with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The vagina1 b1eeding time and hospita1 stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the contro1 group,with significant difference（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The effect of mifepristone combined with compound Motherwort capsu1e in the treatment of intrauterine pregnancy residue is significant,it is worthy of c1inica1 promotion and app1ication.
