Abstract：objective To exp1ore the c1inica1 effect of Jingjin therapy combined with fire need1e in the treatment of cervica1 spondy1osis of cervica1 type.Methods 120 cases of cervica1 spondy1osis of cervica1 type from June 2014 to November 2015 were se1ected and random1y divided into the contro1 group（traditiona1 technique）,the fire need1e group, the Jingjin group,the Jingjin combined with fire need1e group,30 cases in each group.The score of Northwick park questionnaire neck pain sca1e,McGi11 pain sca1e and Vernon disabi1ity index of cervica1 spine,the treatment effect among four groups was compared respective1y.Results The score of Northwick park questionnaire neck pain sca1e,McGi11 pain sca1e and Vernon disabi1ity index of cervica1 spine in the Jingjin combined with fire need1e group after treatment was 1ower than that before treatment and in the other three groups after treatment,with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The cure rate and the tota1 effective rate in the Jingjin combined with fire need1e group was higher than that in the contro1 group,the fire need1e group,the Jingjin group,with significant difference（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Jingjin therapy combined with fire need1e in the treatment of cervica1 spondy1osis of cervica1 type is significant,it is worthy of c1inica1 promotion and app1ication.
