分经辨证取穴与常规取穴针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果

摘要目的探讨分经辨证取穴与常规取穴针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法选择2016年1月～2017年2月在我院就诊的94例神经根型颈椎病患者，根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各47例。对照组采用常规取穴针灸治疗，观察组采用分经辨证取穴针灸治疗，比较两组的临床疗效、症状及疼痛情况。结果观察组治疗后的临床治疗总有效率为93.62%，症状改善评分为（15.48±3.05）分，显著高于对照组的78.72%、（13.25±3.14）分；疼痛程度为（2.51±1.02）分，低于对照组的（3.47±1.06）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论相较于常规取穴针灸而言，分经辨证取穴能显著提高神经根型颈椎病的临床治疗效果，减轻患者疼痛程度，值得临床应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of differentiation and selection of acupoints and regular acupoints in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis.Methods 94 nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients from January 2016 to February 2017 in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,and each group was 47 cases.The control group was used regular acupoints,and the observation group was used differentiation and selection of acupoints.The clinical effect,symptoms and pain in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical total effective rate and symptom improvement score in the observation group was respectively 93.62%and (15.48±3.05)points,which was obvious higher than that in the control group[78.72%and(13.25±3.14)points]respectively;the pain score in the observation group was(2.51±1.02)points,which was lower than that in the control group[(3.47±1.06)points],with significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with regular acupoints,differentiation and selection of acupoints can improve the treatment effect of nerve root type cervical spondylosis,alleviate the pain degree of patients and it is worthy of clinical application.
