Abstract:Objective To investigate the immune function in patients with leprelcosis. Methods 60 patients with leprelcosis in the Hongwei Hospital of Nanhai District in Foshan City and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of Nanhai District in Foshan City from January 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the observation group,at the same time,60 leprosy patients without ulcer in the were selected as the control group, and 60 healthy people received physical examination were selected as healthy group. The levels of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD3+CD4+,CD3+CD8+,CD16+CD56+,CD19+,CD4+/CD8+),immunoglobulin (Ig)in the three groups were detected respectively. Results The levels of CD3+,CD3+CD4+,CD3+CD8+,CD16+CD56+,CD19+,CD4+/CD8+in the control group and healthy group were compared, there was no statistical difference (P>0.05);The levels of CD3+,CD3+CD4+,CD3+CD8+,CD16+CD56+,CD4+/CD8+in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, but the level of CD19+in observation group was higher than that in control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05);The levels of IgG,IgA,IgM in the control group and healthy group were compared, there was no statistical difference(P>0.05);Compared with the control group, the levels of IgG,IgA,IgM in the observation group were significantly increased, with statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The leprelcosis patients have excessive humoral immune responses. The decreased cellular immune function is associated with the occurrence and development of leprelcosis.
