Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Tacrolimus in the treatment of membranous nephropathy and its effect on patients with T lymphocyte subsets.MethodsFrom October 2015 to July 2017,82 patients with membranous nephropathy treated in our hospital were selected as subjects of the study and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,41 cases in each group.Prednisone was used in all patients. In addition to the control group, the patients were treated with Leflunomide, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Tacrolimus,6 months was one course of treatment. The levels of the 24 h urinary protein, serum creatinine,CD3+,CD4+/CD8+before and after treatment and the total effective of clinical treatment between the two groups were compared.ResultsAfter treatment, the 24 h urinary protein and serum creatinine levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The CD3+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective treatment rate in the observation group(80.49%)was higher than that in the control group(58.54%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionTacrolimus combined with Prednisone is effective in treating membranous nephropathy, which can improve renal function, regulate immune function,be safe and reliable, and worth promoting.
