Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of Chige soup in treating different cervical spondylosis.Methods 240 outpatients with cervical spondylosis patientsmeet the conditions from January 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group，120 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy，observation group was treated Chige soup，the treatment effectwas analyzed. Results In the course of treatment，all patientswere well tolerated and no adverse reactions.The patients in the observation group of nerve root type was 96%，cervical vertebra disease ratewas 97%，vertebral artery type rate was 96%，higher than 70%，69%，58%in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）；the sympathetic type rate of observation group was 89%，compared with 70%in the control group，the difference was not statistically significant（P＞0.05）.Conclusion Chige soup is suitable for the treatment of cervical type，nerve root type，vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis，it isworth promoting.
