Clinical effect of Shengmaiyin combined with western medicine in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis of Qi and Yin deficiency type

Abstract:Objective To exp1ore the c1inica1 effect of Shengmaiyin combined with western medicine in the treatment of pu1monary tubercu1osis of Qi and Yin deficiency type.Methods 87 pu1monary tubercu1osis patients of Qi and Yin deficiency type from January 2014 to June 2015 in our hospita1 were se1ected and divided into the contro1 group(n=38)and the observation group(n=39)according to random number tab1e method.Routine anti-tubercu1osis drugs was given in the two groups.The contro1 group was further given ora1 oryzano1 on the basis of routine therapy,the observation group was further given ora1 Shengmaiyin on the basis of routine therapy.The therapy effect in the two groups was compared.Results The tota1 effective rate,the effective rate of pu1monary 1esion absorption and the conversion negative rate of smear-positive in the observation group was higher than that in the contro1 group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Shengmaiyin conbined with western medicine in the treatment of pu1monary tubercu1osis of Qi and Yin deficiency type has identify effect,wihch can enhance the tota1 effective rate of c1inica1 therapy and the conversion negative rate of smearpositive,promote absorption of pu1monary 1esion,it is worthy of c1inica1 promotion and app1ication.
