Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the application effect of Rifampicin Injection in treatment of tuberculosis(TB)to provide reference to clinical treatment of TB.Methods200 patients with TB admitted into our inpatient department of hospital from November 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control group (n=100,the group was treated by 2HZE and oral Rifampicin Capsules/4HR while experimental group (n=100,the group was treated by 2HZE and intravenous drip of Rifampicin Injection/4HR of anti tuberculosis program.The sputum negative conversion rate,incidence rate of complication and financial burden between two groups were compared.ResultsAfter 1 month and 2 months treatment, the sputum negative conversion rate and the negative conversion rate of sputum smear in control group was lower than that of experimental group respectively(P＜0.05).The total incidence rate of complication in control group(32.0%)was higher than that of experimental group (9.0%),and there was a statistical difference (P＜0.05).The health economic research showed that oral Rifampicin Capsules of control group had great side effect,and medical cost was higher than that of experimental group (P＜0.05).ConclusionRifampicin Injection treating TB has significant effect,which can obviously increase sputum negative conversion rate,decrease incidence risk of complications,and reduce financial burden caused by great side effects of oral Rifampicin Capsules.
