Analysis artificial menstruation cycle regulating method in the treatment of incomplete abortion

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of artificialmenstrual cycle regulating method in the treatment of incomplete abortion and provide a new treatment for incomplete abortion，especially for incomplete abortion with a small amount of tissue residues.Methods 260 cases of clinically diagnosed incomplete abortion patients from January 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected as research subjects and random ly divided into experimental group and control group，with 130 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were used curettage treatment，while patients in the experimental group were used progynova and progesterone treatment，and the clinical efficacy of artificialmenstruation cycle regulation in treatment of patients with incomplete abortion was conopared.Results The duration of vaginal bleeding and menstruation recovery in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（P＜0.05），and the vaginal bleeding volume was less than that in the control group（P＜0.05）；After the 7thand 14thd treatment，bloodβ-hCG levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P＜0.05）；The levels of PSV and PDV in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group，while the levels of RI and PIwere significantly higher，PSV，PDV，RI，PI indicators in the experimental group were significant difference than those in the control group（P＜0.05）.The incidence rates of pelvic inflammation，intrauterine adhesions，nausea and vomiting in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The effect of artificialmenstrual cycle regulation applied in incomplete abortion is significant and highly safe.It can shorten the duration of vaginal bleeding time and menstruation recovery reduce the vaginal bleeding volume.The clinical value is significant and it isworth attention and promotion.
