Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the application value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)in the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma.Methods59 patients with suspected thyroid cancinoma from July 2014 to July 2016 in our hospital were selected as the subjects,all patients underwent MSCT scan,and the accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of MSCT in the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma were evaluated according to pathological findings or surgical results,and the coincidence rate was observed.ResultsThe sensitivity of MSCT in diagnosing thyroid cancer was 85.30%,specificity was 84.00%,accuracy was 84.75%.ConclusionIn the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma,MSCT can reduce the time of diagnosis and treatment,avoid unnecessary trauma,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
