超声弹性成像对桥本甲状腺炎及其合并结节性质的应用价值

摘要桥本甲状腺炎可以与甲状腺良、恶性结节并存，由于其病理进程及病程长短不同，临床表现复杂，因此超声声像图表现各异，这使得其对合并甲状腺结节性质的诊断较为困难；为避免不必要手术，术前明确诊断甲状腺结节的性质，对临床制订治疗方案及判断预后具有重要的意义。

Abstract：Hashimoto thyroiditis can coexist with benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Because of the pathological process and different duration,the clinical manifestations of Hashimoto thyroiditis are complex,which determines Hashimoto thyroiditis has the different performance of the ultrasound image.Ultrasound diagnosis of Hashimoto thyroiditis with thyroid nodules is more difficult,to avoid unnecessary surgery,diagnosis of thyroid nodules before surgery is of great significance for clinical treatment and judgement prognosis.
