Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the clinical value that high frequency colour Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum target and their combination inⅠ-Ⅱ a period of breast cancer diagnosis.Methods96 cases confirmed by surgery pathology for early breast cancer patients from October 2010 to October 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research object, the results of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum target X-ray radiography were retrospectively analyzed,stage of breast cancer were done at the same time.According to the results of pathological diagnosis,the positive rate of diagnosis and the coincidence rate of the two methods were calculated.ResultsThe positive rate of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound,molybdenum target radiography alone and their combination in the diagnosis of breast cancer were 82.29%,71.88%and 90.63%,the positive rate of combined diagnosis was higher than that of single diagnosis,with significant difference (P<0.05).The total coincidence rate of combined diagnosis was 88.54%,which was higher than that of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum target(79.17%,64.58%respectively),with significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionHigh frequency color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum target are reliable methods in the diagnosis of breast cancer,combined use of two methods in the diagnosis of breast cancer,not only can improve the diagnostic positive rate,but also can provide the basis for the accurate staging of breast cancer,which is helpful to improve the treatment and prognosis of early breast cancer.
