口服米非司酮、肌注甲氨蝶呤以及联合用于治疗未破裂或未流产型异位妊娠的效果对比

摘要目的探讨口服米非司酮、肌注甲氨蝶呤以及联合用于治疗未破裂或未流产型异位妊娠的疗效。方法选取2015年1～12月我院妇产科收治的未破裂或未流产型异位妊娠患者120例，按照随机数表法，随机均等分成三组。A组患者应用米非司酮治疗，B组应用甲氨蝶呤治疗，C组应用甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗。观察三组终止妊娠效果及药物不良反应。结果C组治愈率为93.3%，B组为75.0%，A组为70.0%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05)。治愈的患者中平均血β-HCG恢复正常时间、盆腔包块消失时间以及住院时间比较，C组显著短于另外两组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。三组不良反应发生率较低，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论口服米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤疗治疗未破裂或未流产型异位妊娠疗效优良，治愈率高，优于单用其中一种，值得临床应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the curative effect of oral mifepristone intramuscular injection of methotrexate and combination for the treatment of unruptured ectopic pregnancy or abortion.Methods120 cases of patients with pregnancy from January to December 2015 in our department of obstetrics and gynecology of hospital,were randomly divided into three groups.Patients in group A were treated with mifepristone,group B was treated with methotrexate,and group C was treated with methotrexate combined with mifepristone.The effect of 3 groups of termination of pregnancy and adverse drug reaction were compared.ResultsThe cure rate in group C was 93.3%,group B was 75.0%,the cure rate of group A was 70.0%,the differences were significant(P＜0.05).The average blood β-HCG recovery time,the disappearance time and length of stay in hospital were significantly shorter than the other two groups,the differences were significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the 3 groups were low,and there were no significant differences(P＞0.05).ConclusionOral mifepristone combined with methotrexate therapy in the treatment of non ruptured or non abortion ectopic pregnancy has good curative effect,high cure rate,better than one,it is worthy of clinical application.
