自制襁褓在早产儿视网膜病变检查中的应用

摘要目的探讨自制襁褓在早产儿视网膜病变（ROP）检查中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月于赣州市妇幼保健院行ROP 筛查的早产儿100 例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为两组，每组各50 例。对照组按常规ROP 筛查方法进行护理，试验组在对照组基础上给予自制襁褓包裹配合检查。比较两组的检查操作耗时、检查结束后疼痛程度、不良情况总发生率以及早产儿家属对检查满意度。结果试验组的检查操作耗时短于对照组，检查后疼痛程度轻于对照组，不良情况总发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组家属满意度中自制襁褓应用分数、健康指导分数、服务态度分数、操作技术分数以及总分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论自制襁褓应用于早产儿ROP 检查中，能够缩短检查时间，减轻患儿痛苦，减少不良情况发生，提升家属满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of self-made swaddling in the examination of retinopathy of prematurity(ROP).Methods A total of 100 premature infants who underwent ROP screening at Ganzhou Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given nursing care according to the routine ROP screening method,and the test group was given self-made swaddling package on the basis of the control group to cooperate with the inspection.The time-consuming operation of examinations,the degree of pain after the examination,the total incidence of adverse events and the satisfaction from the families of premature infants between the two groups were compared.Results The inspection operation in the test group was shorter than that of the control group,the pain degree after examination of the test group was milder than that of the control group,the total incidence of adverse events in the test group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).In the test group,the family satisfaction on the scores of self-made swaddling application,health guidance,service attitude,operating techniques and the total score were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made swaddling used in the ROP examination of premature infants can shorten the examination time,alleviate the pain of the child,reduce the occurrence of unexpected situations,and improve the satisfaction of the family.
