Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of pulmonary surfactant and noninvasive high frequency oscillatory ventilation in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Methods A total of 214 cases of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome treated in Shenyang Jishuitan Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 107 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pulmonary surfactant+normal frequency ventilation,and the observation group was treated with pulmonary surfactant+noninvasive high frequency oscillatory ventilation.The total effective rate,complication rate,arterial blood gas index levels(arterial partial pressure of oxygen[PaO2],pH,partial pressure of carbon dioxide[PaCO2],percentage of inhaled oxygen concentration[FiO2],oxygenation index[OI])before treatment and on the first day of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in PaO2,pH,PaCO2,FiO2,OI between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The PaO2 and pH value of the observation group on the first day of treatment were higher than those of the control group,the PaCO2,FiO2 and OI values of the observation group on the first day of treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of pulmonary surfactant+non-invasive high frequency oscillatory ventilation in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome is significant,which can effectively improve the arterial blood gas index level of children,promote the recovery of children,with fewer complications and high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
