Abstract:Objective To study the effect of laser combined with Conbercept in the treatment of diabetic macular edema(DME).Methods A total of 80 patients with DME admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi Medical College from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects, and divided into control group(40 cases)and experimental group(40 cases)according to random number table method. The control group received laser therapy, and the experimental group was combined with Conbercept therapy. Both groups were followed up for 3 months after treatment. The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),central macular thickness(CMT)and total macular volume(TMV)of 6 mm were compared between the two groups before treatment,1 week,1 month and 3 months after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in BCVA level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).At 1 week,1 month and 3 months after treatment,BCVA levels in both groups were higher than before treatment, and BCVA levels in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group at 1 month and 3 months after treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in CMT and TMV levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).One week, one month and three months after treatment, the levels of CMT and TMV in both groups were lower than before treatment, and the levels of CMT and TMV in experimental group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laser combined with Conbercept can effectively reduce the level of CMT and TMV in DME patients, improve BCVA,and then improve the level of visual acuity correction, the curative effect is significant, clinical worth promoting.
