Objective To investigate the clinical effect of narrow-band ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) combined with Bailing tablets and Compound Kalizirin Tincture in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods A total of 92 patients with vitiligo in Shenyang Seventh People′s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Bailing tablets and Compound Kalizirin Tincture, and the observation group was treated with NB-UVB on the bases of the control group. The clinical efficacy, immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.13%,which was higher than 71.74% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in immune function between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05);after treatment,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and CD8+ were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);after treatment,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,CD8+ was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion NB-UVB combined with Bailing tablets and Compound Kalizirin Tincture can improve the clinical efficacy of vitiligo patients, improve the immune function of the body, and promote the regression of leukoplakia,it is safe and reliable.
