Objective To observe the efficacy of Intraarticular Hyaluronic Acid (IHA) injection combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of ankle synovitis.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,a total of 90 patients with ankle synovitis treated in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Yichun Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected and divided into three groups by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with simple anti-inflammatory and analgesic treatment,Group B was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with washing,Group C was treated with IHA combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing,30 days was a course of treatment,and the three groups were treated with 1 course of treatment.The clinical effects of the three groups at 1,3,and 6 months after treatment were compared;the inflammatory indexes (interleukin-1 [IL-1],tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α]) of the three groups before treatment and after one course of treatment were compared.Results After 1,3,and 6 months of treatment,the excellent and good rate of clinical treatment in Group C was higher than that in Group B,and Group B was higher than Group A,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Before treatment,the levels of IL-1,TNF-αwere compared among three groups,the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).After one course of treatment,the levels of IL-1 and TNF-α in three groups were lower than before treatment,and the levels of IL-1 and TNF-α in Group C were lower than those in Group A and Group B,the levels of IL-1 and TNF-α of Group B were lower than Group A,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion IHA combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing has a good effect in the treatment of ankle synovitis,it can effectively improve the ankle joint function,reduce the level of inflammation,and promote the recovery of the patient.
