Abstract:Objective To study and analyze the feasibility of applying traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of heel pain.Methods A total of 126 patients with heel pain who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,63 cases in each group.The control group were took oral anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs in combination with local blocking therapy.On this basis,the observation group was took Chinese herbal fumigation and washing method.The pain (VAS)scores,treatment effects,and satisfaction levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.83%,which was higher than 79.37%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of treatment in the observation group was 98.41%,which was higher than the 82.54%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the treatment of heel pain is very significant.It not only can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients with heel pain,but also can promote high satisfaction.Therefore,it is highly feasible and worthy of popularization and application.
