腹腔镜下子宫广泛性切除术和传统开腹治疗子宫颈癌的效果对比

摘要目的探讨分析腹腔镜下子宫广泛性切除术和传统开腹治疗子宫颈癌的效果。方法选取2015年6月～2017年7月在我院或龙岗中心医院接受治疗的154例子宫颈癌患者，按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组，每组各77例。对照组采用传统开腹手术治疗，观察组采用腹腔镜下子宫广泛性切除术治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组手术时间、排气时间以及住院时间均短于对照组，出血量少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组和对照组并发症的发生率分别为37.7%、36.4%，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论应用腹腔镜下子宫广泛性切除术治疗子宫颈癌可有效缩短患者的手术时间，减少出血量，加快恢复速度，且不会增加术后并发症。

Abstract：Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of laparoscopic extensive hysterectomy and traditional laparotomy on cervical cancer.Methods A total of 154 patients with cervical cancer treated in our hospital or Longgang Central Hospital from June 2015 to July 2017 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into two groups by a random number table with 77 cases in each group.In the control group,traditional laparotomy was used,while in the observation group,laparoscopic extensive hysterectomy was adopted.The therapeutic effect in the two groups was compared.Results The operation time,exhaust time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05),amount of bleeding was lesser than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence in the observation group and the control group was 37.7%and 36.4%respectively without a significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional laparotomy,laparoscopic extensive hysterectomy for cervical cancer can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of bleeding,speed up the recovery,and will not increase the postoperative complications.
